The Investment Administrator collaborates with our entire team on managing the activities within client accounts so we may deliver on our commitment of exceptional client service. An ideal candidate for this position would have a genuine desire to manage client relationships, excellent writing skills, a passion for customer service, ability to prepare presentation materials and other visual aids, and pride in accuracy and efficiency. Strong computer literacy skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a high degree of attention to detail are a must. An interest in business development and marketing is desired.
We require applicants to have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED), and a minimum of 3-years of experience in customer service and 3-years-experience in a professional office environment.
